Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your order, however if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure returned item(s) are in an unworn, unaltered and sellable condition with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

For exchanges, we recommend you return your item(s) as outlined below and place a new order for speed and to secure your desired size.

Returns within the EU
Simply use the pre-paid return label provided. Attach this to your parcel and then drop off your package at your nearest drop off point or schedule a pick up. Please include the original order note inside your package and mark the item(s) you wish to return.

Returns from outside the EU
Please note that for orders from outside the EU, customers are responsible for the return. Please return your product by sending it to the address below and include the original order note inside your package and mark the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds
Please allow up to 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel for your return to be processed and up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your account due to the varying processing times between payment providers. Your refund will only be credited to the original payment method. Please note that you will not be refunded for any paid shipping costs.
