Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your order, however if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Please note, all "Archive" orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return your item(s) in the original box and please ensure returned item(s) are in an unworn, unaltered and sellable condition with all garment tags still attached.
For customers outside of EU, make sure the original commercial invoice is still attached to your box when sending it back. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
Returns within the EU
Please note that return shipping costs are charged at a cost of €8 / 80 SEK / 70 DKK which is deducted from your final refund. We will assist you with the return, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange your return and we will send you a shipping label. Attach this to your parcel and then drop off your package at your nearest drop off point or schedule a pick up.
Returns from outside the EU
Please note that for orders from outside the EU, customers are responsible for the return and for registration of eventual custom declarations and import costs. Returns must be sent back in the original box with the original commercial invoice attached.
Please note that you will not be refunded for any paid shipping costs from your original order and any return import costs caused by incorrect custom declarations will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel for your return to be processed and up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your account due to the varying processing times between payment providers. Your refund will only be credited to the original payment method. Please note that you will not be refunded for any paid shipping costs.
