The Product & Sizing

How does your sizing work?

All our trousers are made and delivered to you with an adjustable waistband and tailored with a c. 4-5 cm/2 inch turn up. The waistband makes it possible to adjust your waist size up or down for a personalized fit. You can unfold the turn up for some extra length by removing the stitches holding it up. In Short and Standard Length there is also some extra fabric hidden in the hem, should you need to personalize your trouser length further, please use the size guide to find out which size will be perfect for you.

What’s the range of the waist size?

We offer trousers in various different sizes: (XS) (S) (M) (L) (XL) (XXL) and three different lengths (short) (standard) (long). Take a look at the size guide to choose the perfect fit for you and to see the measurements.

What size should I buy?

If you are not sure of what size you should buy, please take a look at the size guide or contact our customer support - we are always happy to help. We generally recommend that the buckle in the waistband should attach to the mid hole initially, as this will make room for the fabric to expand.

Regarding the length, you can easily personalize the length of the trousers, see under FAQ “Is it possible to extend the length of the trousers?”.

Is it possible to extend the length of the trousers?

Yes, it’s possible to extend the trousers’ length to some degree. One option is that you can easily remove the stitches that are sewn to keep the turn up in its place and unfold the turn up. The trousers will then be c. 4-5 cm longer, now without a turn up. In the Short and Standard Lengths, there is also some extra fabric hidden i the hem. That way you can extend the length of the trousers more.

Do I have to visit my tailor to adjust the length of the trousers?

It’s up to you. Please see under FAQ “Is it possible to extend the length of the trousers?”. Boyant will always recommend you to visit your tailor if you’re not sure how to make the adjustment. Please note that if you’ve altered the trousers they are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How do I wash the trousers?

The majority of our trousers can be machine washed on a gentle hand wash program (30) or manually hand washed, only a few needs dry cleaning. Please see caring instructions for each product on their product page or in the page Garment Care. If you have any questions regarding washing instructions - please contact our customer service at contact@boyant-trousers.com.

Does the trouser shrink during laundry?

See washing instructions under Garment Care.
Some of the cotton fabric may shrink up to 4% after a wash in a washing machine. But don’t worry, the trousers will expand when you use them again. If you don’t wash your trousers according to the washing instructions, the trousers may shrink more than 4%. The other fabrics should not shrink or shrink minimal if washing them correctly.

Where do you ship?

We ship within EU, Norway, Switzerland and UK.

What is your delivery time and when do you ship orders?

Orders are Processed within c. 2-5 business days from order date.
Estimated Delivery time is c. 4-8 business days depending on the day of ordering and delivery address.

How much is shipping & returns?

Sweden: Shipping is 40 SEK. Return 50 SEK.
Rest of EU: Shipping is 8 EUR. Return is 10 EUR.
UK: Shipping is 8 GPB. Customer is responsible for return.
Norway: Shipping is 80 NOK. Customer is responsible for return.
Switzerland: Shipping is 6 CHF. Customer is responsible for return.

Can I change my mind?

Yes, you have the right of withdrawal. We hope you are happy with your order, however if you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns on all orders and you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange for the product, please note that we will not refund the amount paid for shipping. Please ensure returned item(s) are in an unworn, unaltered and sellable condition with all garment tags still attached.

My trousers haven't been delivered yet, what should I do?

First, please take a look at the tracking number provided for the latest update. If you don’t find any information about your order at the delivery companies website, please contact us at contact@boyant-trousers.com. Please note that orders are Processed within c. 2-5 business days from order date.
Estimated Delivery time is c. 4-8 business days depending on the day of ordering and delivery address.

Please note that we don't handle orders during weekends and holidays and the shipping companies might not deliver during weekends and holidays.

I need to return my trousers and change the size or the model. What should I do?

Within EU:
For exchanges, you can either return your item(s) and place a new order for speed and to secure your desired size or you can register your return and ask for an exchange in our Return Portal: https://return.shipmondo.com/boyanttrousers
Access your order by filling in the form with your order number and email.

If you choose the option to return your item(s) and place an order, we recommend you to make a new order at the same time (or before) you return your delivered trousers to ensure your wanted size is still available. This means that you haven’t got your refund for your returned trousers yet, but instead of waiting for the first trousers to be returned to and then the new size or model delivered to you, you’ll get your new trousers quicker, within our regular delivery terms. Your refund for the original order will be processed when the trousers are returned and after a few transaction days.

Otherwise, if no hurry, just return your trousers and await your refund to then make your new order with the right size, fabric or model for you.

Outside EU:
Customers outside EU are responsible for returns, meaning the customer have to arrange and pay for the return to Boyant. Unfortunately we cant offer exchanges outside of EU, so if you would like to make an exchange, you have to return your order an then place a new order.

Otherwise, if no hurry, just return your trousers and await your refund to then make your new order with the right size, fabric or model for you.
