Returns & Exchanges
Please note, all "Archive" orders are final sale and NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
We hope you are happy with your order, however if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return your item(s) in the original box and please ensure returned item(s) are in an unworn, unaltered and sellable condition with all garment tags still attached.
For customers outside of EU, make sure the original commercial invoice is still attached to your box when sending it back. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
Returns within the EU
Please note that return shipping costs are charged at a cost of €13 / 75 SEK / 75 DKK which is deducted from your final refund. Please contact us at orders@boyant-trousers.com to arrange your return and we will send you a shipping label. Attach the label to your parcel and await scheduled pick up or drop of at your nearest service point.
Please note that you will not be refunded for any paid shipping costs from your original order and any return import costs caused by incorrect custom declarations will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from UK/Norway/Switzerland
Please note that for orders from outside the EU, customers are responsible for returns and item(s) until it reaches Boyant; this includes making sure the return actually reaches Boyant. Customers are responsible to arrange and pay for the return with the post/shipping company they prefer. Customers are responsible trace the return / contact post offices / contact customs/ inform Boyant of the return etc. to make sure the return reaches Boyant properly.
Boyant will not register refunds on orders that haven’t been properly notified and delivered to us. Boyant will not register any refunds on orders that haven’t been successfully delivered to us and sent back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for registration of eventual custom declarations and import costs. Returns must be sent back in the original box with the original commercial invoice attached and signed “RETURN TO BOYANT”.
Please note that you will not be refunded for any paid shipping costs from your original order and any return import costs caused by incorrect custom declarations will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Please allow c. 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel for your return to be processed and up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your account due to the varying processing times between payment providers. Your refund will only be credited to the original payment method. Please note that you will not be refunded for any paid shipping costs.
